Located in the Gateway to the High Sierras, at 5,600 Elevation in Cold Springs, CA. this cabin has one turn off from the Scenic Sonora Pass Hwy, on a private NO through Road, allowing for easy winter access! 5 minutes to the beautiful alpine Pinecrest Lake, and 12 Min Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. This was a 5 star Vacation Rental on Airbnb, and stayed booked all winter. It's a nice option when not in use. There are multiple Decks including one with a gate perfect for fur babies! There's a front deck that leads out to the forest floor where there is plenty of room to put in a firepit, swings for the kiddos or make yourself a patio to enjoy! Loads of storage too. This 3 bedroom, two bathroom cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level, and upstairs there is an open spacious loft with 1 bedroom, with an adjacent 2nd bathroom. The loft's other side is a spacious game room with a balcony that opens up to forest views. Other amenities include a new septic and leach field were installed in 2018, a new roof in 2016, a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, and BBQ grill in 2021.
