Our home purchase was closed this week successfully. As dual agent, Jim and Vicki helped us through the whole purchase journey. Firstly, thanks for choosing our offer. In today’s crazy market, it is not easy to win the offer. From offer to counteroffer to accept the offer, it only took 3-4 days. We chose to work with Wells Fargo for our home mortgage which is our biggest mistake. We had 10-day loan contingency and Wells Fargo had condition approval to remove loan contingency. The loan process looks like moving smoothly. But after they exceeded 10 days after the planned closing date, Wells Fargo told us loan application was rejected. We had to find the new lender and worry about losing our earnest deposit money anytime. Jim is super patient with our situation. He did the extension with the seller, provided all the help to work with the new lender, the escrow company. We did have some hard loan condition to meet. With all party’s collaboration closely, we finally overcame all the challenges and closed our home purchase successfully. To choose Jim as our buyer agent is our best decision ever. He is very honest, patient, and helpful. I definitely recommend him to my friends and anyone who wants to buy, sell or rent a home. Thanks Jim and Vicki, you are amazing!
